Hell Office Building – Structural Reconstruction and Fit-out Execution
We completed the comprehensive interior renewal of this prestigious headquarters located on Andrássy út, Budapest. During the project, we executed complex builder and specialist trade tasks across 2,500 m², including floor slab reinforcement, precision machine plastering, and the rough-in installation of a modern, smart KNX building management system. During the work, we fully complied with the highest requirements of both the heritage environment and international corporate standards.
Lisznyai Street Villa – Premium Execution Where Details Matter
During the renovation of this villa located in Lisznyai utca, Buda, we performed comprehensive structural engineering and building works. Within the framework of the project, we managed demolition, earthworks, and masonry tasks, as well as structural reinforcement and structural construction works and structural construction works. To ensure the long-term protection of the building, we applied complex waterproofing and thermal insulation solutions, including post-construction injection waterproofing, subfloor insulation, and concreting. During execution, we utilized facade scaffolding to ensure the professional completion of external works, while preserving the architectural value of the villa and meeting high quality standards remained our top priority.
